The sun (about ten minutes a day without sunscreen - don't burn!)

Vitamin D fortified milk (most are, check the label)

Pure Cod Liver Oil (note: check the label, some cod liver oils have vitamin D removed!)

Fish (Salmon, Mackerel Tuna, Sardines)

Eggs (the yolk have vitamin D)
