Does Tia maria have a sell by date?

I read on another website that most milk or cream alcohol products will start going off as soon as opened unless they have an alcohol level of above 20%. Tia Maria has a 20% alcohol content so I guess it's ok. I heard alcohol that's tightly shut with high alcohol content can last a few years.
