Can you go paint balling with a cast on?

no because it will hurt your hand even more when it trying to heal im in a cast and basket ball is my favor it sport and my mom and dad are trying to make me stay away form it in till it heals so i cant w8 in till my arm is better ps i cant play for 30 day :'( crying if you dont no that face mean
