What is the value of a Winchester pump action 22?

If it works good and looks decent, it should be worth $200 to $300 as a quality rifle with some natural collector's value from being a Winchester and probably at least 40+ years old.

But if it's really old, like 1950s or before, and if it's in decent shape, it could be worth twice or three times that much to a Winchester collector. You'd have to get on some gun-collector message boards and post some pics and reveal the serial number (or most of the serial number except the last two digits) to find out how old it is.
