How can you get a scholarship for Harvard medical school if you are a foreign student?

It's hard to get a scholarship there. for a scholarship you have to get a GPA of(at least) 3.8! if you're a foreigner, it's even harder: they get about 500.000 letters from around the world an they only allow about 3500 foreign students...
