How do you reset the fuel shut-off switch on 2002 Jaguar x-type?

The emergency fuel shut off is located in the driver footwell (UK car) on the right hand side in a cut out int he plastic trim. On top of this there is a rubber coated switch whixh you can press. If the shut off has activated you will hear and feel a small click when this is pressed.
