Can perpetrators of child abuse be regarded as good people?

Perpetrators of child abuse cannot be regarded as good people due to the harm and trauma they cause to innocent children. Good people do not harm or exploit the vulnerable, especially not children who rely on adults for care and protection. Such actions go against moral values and ethical principles.
