Can a skinny small teen girl age 16 yrs have a period while being pregnant and not put weight on and not know?

typically if you have a small frame the weight you put on wont be very noticable. and to answer the period question it may be spotting but if the dishcharge becomes odoris or funny colered go to the doctor.
