Will green tea clean you out for drug test?

The owner of my local headshop told me to drink green tea the day before and the night before and to wake myself up two times during the night to pee and drink more green tea or water. But I also bought Omni cleansing drink extra strength. She picked it out as said it is the best. She said not to eat heavy the day of, no fried foods, and to not eat within 5 hours of the test. To drink my drink an hour and 15 mins before I go, along with filling the bottle up 2.5x with water and to pee 2-3 times before I go. When I get there and pee, use the cup and collect the urine mid stream to have less toxins. I am also taking 2 multivitamins when I drink the Omni so that the urine will be yellow and not clear. It works best to test within 2 hours but can work up to 4 hours after. She said 4/5 people pass this way.
