In what situations may the APFT entry be left blank?

The APFT (Army Physical Fitness Test) entry may be left blank in situations such as when an individual is undergoing a medical profile that exempts them from the test due to injury or medical conditions. Additionally, if a soldier has not yet completed the APFT due to being newly assigned or not having reached the appropriate testing period, the entry can remain blank. Lastly, a soldier who is in the process of transitioning out of the military may also leave this entry blank.
