Do cell phones affect your grades?

A few times I've experienced this firsthand. I also notice that this happens to people I know too. It can distract people from doing their work, etc. I know that this can cause grades to go from A's down to B's or C's. You need to be careful in giving kids cell phones, and really trust your kids.
