If you have a certain phone number how do you find out on whose name it is listed?

You can call information (411) to get this information if it is not an unlisted number. When you call you will be given three options: * If you want the number to business or government listing, press or say "1". * For a private residential number, press or say "2" * If you already have the number and want the name/address, press or say "3" You can also look it up online, just google "Reverse Phone Look Up", which will give you several sites to choose from. Then when you get to the site, just type in the phone number, including the area code. It will give you the name, address, and even a list of their neighbors if you want. And, most of these sites are free.
