What is a table shower?

This is usually referred to as a Vichy shower. You lay on a specialized table and have water from different jets spray hot and cold water over your body.

You can get a table shower before or after your massage. You disrobe and lay on your belly on the table. Then warm/hot water is poured all over your body and using lots of liquid soap or shower gel your backside is lathered up. Then more water is poured over you, and you turn over and all steps are repeated. Then you are towel dried and it is time for the massage if you chose to have the table shower before your massage.
