What is the connection between bullying and power?

Because the person deliberately and systematically abuses someone over time who is weaker then them and get a perverse (sick) kick out of it. People who bully that have some sort of mental disorder and have probably been abused themself as a child wich has warped their minds. The person who is their victim might be better than them at doing the same job, or have a characteristic which reminds the bully of themselves and in the end if nothign is done about it they may feel so abused and depressed that they may sufffer PTSD or commit suicide or they might snap and take a gun and 'shoot the world' before turning the gun on themselves.
