According to NADA what is the average closing ratio for customers with whom you have had no prior contact?

After 22 years in the industry and working at a couple different state's it simply "DEPENDS" I was in Arizona and the closing % was very high Like 40 %. ( cause alot has to do with the weather. ) Now a State like CA it is more like 17% for walk ins and 30% for all of them combined. It also varies on the store with an up system or an open floor too. So once again It all depends on were you work. Thank SoCalcarman70
