What type of writing did the Celts use?

The Celts primarily used a form of writing known as Ogham, which consisted of a series of notches or lines carved into wood or stone. This script was mainly used for inscriptions and memorials. Additionally, the Celts also utilized Latin script after coming into contact with the Romans, especially for administrative and religious texts. However, much of Celtic literature was transmitted orally rather than in written form.
