How has food changed in the years?

Taco Bell changed their meat recipe in 1997 when "Tricon Global Restaurants" owned the franchise. The meat used to actually resemble ground beef before the change. The taste changed as well, and not for the better. Yum Brands continues to maintain the same recipe to this day. Anything to save a buck...
