How do you find the Great Wall of China on Time Tangled Island?

The Great Wall of China is at 1593 AD (6 o'clock on the time device). Go up and right to win the Thor Amulet in a memory game. Down and right is the barrel of gunpowder. To the far left is the guard who is missing his stone signal bowl. You can only reach him by climbing up the right side and crossing to the left.
