In my opinion, homeopathy works mainly by the placebo effect. While this can be effective for pain, depression and other neurological ailments, it cannot, in my opinion, suddenly increase sperm/egg production, increase the viability of those cells, unblock tubes or miraculously cure other reasons why a person may be infertile.
