According to cdc.gov and doctors on medhelp.org as well as other trusted sources (like wikipedia) HPV can be cleared up by your own antibody but it takes 1-2 years to do that, some people require even 3-5 years, and several people (like probably 1-2% or less) won't be able to clear up their HPV infection.

Treating your warts won't have any effect on when your antibody will take care of your virus. Treating your warts, however, should prevent it to spread easily. Talking about HPV, there are 3 states:

1. an active state with wart

2. an active virus without wart

3. a dormant virus

if you have frozen off your warts, you are in state no. 2. You have to wait until there's no wart recurrence in 6 months then you can consider yourself in state no. 3. Just try your best to keep up your antibody level at its best, and you can help yourself to clear up your HPV sooner.

So to answer your question, YES you can still pass it on. But once you are in state no. 3 (dormant virus state) you will be no longer contagious.
