To adjust the valves on a 2006 Suzuki C50T, start by removing the fuel tank and side covers for access. Rotate the engine to set the piston at Top Dead Center (TDC) on the compression stroke of the cylinder you're adjusting. Use a feeler gauge to check the valve clearances; the intake should be between 0.08-0.10 mm and the exhaust between 0.13-0.15 mm. If adjustments are needed, loosen the locknut and turn the adjusting screw to achieve the correct clearance, then re-tighten the locknut.
