Yes, you should always confess cheating. Because if you don't, your boyfriend/girlfriend might find out about it later and then it'll either look like: a) you just didn't bother telling them about it because you didn't think it was that big of a deal b) you don't trust them enough to tell them Either way, it looks bad. So just suck it up and tell them. They deserve to know.
