How can you add a URL to an answer?

A strictly relevant external link that addresses and answers what the questioner actually asked, may be added under the Sources and Related Links section. You can do this by clicking on 'Add Related Links,' which is listed in the blue panel to the left of your screen. When you have added the link, it will then appear further down the answer page under Sources and Related Links.
