How do you remove pepper spray from car seats?

If it's a fabric seat, you need to have it shampooed. If it's vinyl or leather, a simple wiping down should suffice. Since the material will be pourous, you'll never fully get it out, but you should be able to get it to the point where it's unnoticeable.
