How can you get a ghost to come and haunt your house?

Actually since spirits are everyone you probably have at least a few dozen in there now. But honestly, you cannot 'get a ghost to come and haunt your house', it doesn't work like that. But if I can't stress something enough NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER USE A OUIJA BOARD.
