i would say no because it would make you very very ill.
Its very possible. Get a collonic which will remove all the waste pent up in the gut. I personally had it done and by stomach was completely flat afterward. I also have a secret method for getting rid of bloat and excess water which is to go running with a plastic bag over my torso and waist underneath my running top, this causes more sweating obviously-it takes 1.5 calories to produce a drop of sweat so I find that running 5 miles sweating heavily sculpts my physique further than it would without the bag. You can buy a plastic sweating bag online but I used my own and cut holes for my arms and head. I also find that drinking alot of water helps bowels to 'move' the toxic waste stored in my gut; I mean 4-6 Literes in one day, with herbal teas in between. Its great to take a day to just flush out your own system. I find that the fitter I am the easier it is to shift 1 stone in weight I think 2 days is well possible and pretty enjoyable to see results fast. I personally find a high protein diet with greens and vegetables suits me. Im vegetarian so I eat lots of unsalted Brazil almond cashew nuts, salmon steaks, omlettes and all vegetables. I love running and yoga. Yoga is amazing for my body. Relaxation of the mind and breathing is key to weightloss, stressed people eat and dont breathe properly so yoga classes, 4 or 5 per week is enough to change behaviour patterns.
