What happens in the book linger by Maggie stiefvater?

There is a new wolf in the book named Cole. Him and Isabel have a love hate relationship through out the book. In the end it doesnt discuss which way their relationship goes. Since Sam is now human, him and Grace spend a lot of time together. Grace's parents catch Sam in Graces bed and forbid her to see him anymore. Grace gets really sick and has to be bitten again to turn her into a wolf so that she wont die. The book ends with her running off as a wolf and Sam saying that he will find her one day. I think there is going to be a third book to the series, hopefully.
