What does that mean if the guy you like has shown you he likes you thru many signs for a year but now doesn't show most of them anymore but still stares at you and gets jealous when you talk to guys?

It usually means that he does not like you anymore and he has moved on but still wants to control who you talk to or can be with but he already has someone else and you should move on and tell him to sod off.
