What year did the us space program resume after the space tragedy?

The U.S. space program resumed human spaceflight in 2006 after the Space Shuttle Columbia tragedy in 2003. The first mission following the disaster was STS-114, which launched on July 26, 2005, but it was the subsequent missions that marked the full resumption of regular shuttle operations.
