Are rivers warm

Not 'warm' as in 30 degrees Celcius or more. Temperatures of rivers vary depending on the local climate, the source (mountain springs or melting snow or ice will of course make for colder streams) and the time of year. But in a moderate to warm climate a river's temperature can easily be 20 degrees Celsius or a little over in summer and pleasant to swim in.
