Can you raise boys and girls the same?

There are good skills that come from both sides of the house, so to speak. But, the thing is that each person is different and generally you end up raising the child in the ways they need. For instance, some girls are very athletically talented, so you follow that route. A boy may be all thumbs at ball games, but may be wonderful at piano. You just simply try to give them opportunities in both areas, but more in the area that they are more attuned to.
