How do you go about treating other people in a way that is sensitive to their needs?

you find out what type of things they like and like to do. if its a girl then listen to her and occasionally buy her flowers or give her compliments. if it is a boy then ask him questions about the things he likes, is he likes sports then watch a game with him or give him time to do the things he likes. doing things together helps relationships grow.
