What makes teenagers rebel?

Teenager's rebelling is a very common thing when hitting puberty. Teenagers will get a huge boost in their hormonal activity, which will most commonly show as waves of anger, frustration and misunderstandings that parents usually can't understand. This combined with the teenager developing independent thinking and the age gap between the child and the adult will most commonly cause many sticky situations in the relationships of the teen and the adults.
