For Shredded Hashbrowns

-Skin the potatoes

-Take a greater, and shred the potatoes

-Wash them (optional)

-Dry them (do this by squeezing the juice out with a paper towel, this prevents "mush potatoes"

-Put around 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan (or enough to coat it)

-Wait until the oil is hot enough (when you drop a bit of potatoe, it should sizzle around it and make it "swim" around)

-Put your shedded potatoes into the pan (you can do this in clumps or spreaded out

-wait until the bottom is golden brown (or desired browning) and flip them

I made some this morning and they tasted SO good! if you want, you can add in pepper, salt, or anything else in the begining to the mix.

You do not have to boil the potatoes.
