Why was the Obamas not invited to Prince Williams wedding?

American President, Barack Obama, was not invited to the Wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge as it was not an OFFICIAL STATE OCCASION. No chief executives were invited to the wedding. Ronald Reagan was also not invited to Charles' and Diana's Royal Wedding.
