How does Santa Claus get into a tiny chimney?

Mom would stay up until he got there to let him in the front door, of course. We always worried because she fell asleep all the time! So she said he had her phone number and if she accidently fell asleep, he knew to call her so she could unlock the door. Our grandma always spent Christmas Eve at our house, and she would tease and tell up shed annoy mom so much that she couldn't sleep.
