How do you start a 3 patch motorcycle club?

To wear the 3 patch cut you need to get blessed by your major 1% club in your area. Hells Angels,Mongols,Pagans,Warlocks,Outlaws etc.Then you pay royalties you can call it basically and you run support for the major clubs. There are some other things but somethings are better left unsaid and found out if you really wanna know.
