Government institute vs private institute - which is good and why?

government institutes are good for some middle class people because if they want to for higher study in any private colleges they can't take an admission because of high rate of admission fees,donation etc. Now a days private insitutes aru just for rich people..so i think in every colleges have given some extra facility to every kind of students for their bright future.
