It depends on what you are eating, so probably. But starving yourself isn't the way to loose weight, try eating three meals a day and excersizing more.
You can lose weight by eating two meals just make sure its breakfeast and dinner, if you have a big healthy breakfeast (i insist you to eat two boiled eggs white part only, with a bowl off sugar free cereal and a fruit of your choice) you will lose weight on top add a little walk around the block to get your heart moving try doing this during your lunch period (1:00pm to 2:00pm) then just relax do some kind of hobby of yours and once dinner comes eat like a home made salad and have dressing on the side don't drown your salad with dressing. You can have anyhing you want for dinner as long as it is low in fat some examples are: 2 slices of veggie Pizza, chicken breast sandwich, fish (make sure skin peeled) this will help lose weight i lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks
