How much force can a security guard use to apprehend a person?

i am a security guard and have been for around two years. If you are on private property and are doing anything that could be seen as a danger to guests or property they can apprehend you if you were to resist in a physical way that poses any threat to the guard they may use force such as Physical apprehnsion, pepper spray, baton, or taser. If they are armed they cannot fire upon you unless their life is in immediate danger.
