Is Italy a healthey or unhealthy place Why?

I personally think Italy can be very heathy and a unhealthy place. Why i say this is many of the foods that they eat can be loaded with calories and carbs that are just not needed for the body, and can be very fattening. all the bread and meats are decorated with fat and stuff to make it very presentable but secertly a life stopper. The reason why i say this is, some of the foods are leaner than some and aren't as decorated with a the seasoning that other would, that's why it's good. But yes it can be good or bad.(Food wise only)
