Goldfish NEED 20 gallons for the first fish and an additional 10 gallons per additional goldfish. So for 3 goldfish you NEED a 40 gallon aquarium with A LOT of filtration.

Your 3 goldfish will be dead soon due to both ammonia poisoning and lack of oxygen.

Since goldfish have primitive gills, they require A LOT of dissolved oxygen in the water. Hence why they do better in unheated aquariums because cold water holds more dissolved oxygen then warm water does.

You need to clean that bowl like 3 times a day. It is cruelty to keep them in there. Goldfish are America's number 1 mistreated and abused pet because people cram them in bowls. When properly cared for goldfish have lifespans of 30 yrs and grow 8-24 inches depending on variety. I have personally seen 14 inch black moors and have a picture of a 15 inch red oranda.
