Should 11-year-olds make out

You know, that's a pretty good question for many. I am 13 myself, and i have not gone that far without "Truth or Dare". It's best to keep it down, do what you feel is most comfortable. I like cuddling, there's nothing wrong in that, and holding hands, hugging, kiss on the cheek.. and so on. Even if you are not together, as in he's your boyfriend/she's your girlfriend, you can still sit with your opposite gender and cuddle. It's comfy :D
