Where did J.K Rowling meet Jorge Arantes?

She married him on 16 October 1992, although they had been a couple for over a year before that. She left him in November 1993. In ''Prisoner of Azkaban'', Professor Trelawney warns Lavender that "the thing you dread will come to pass on 16 October." Actually that date is impossible, as Lavender attends classes on that day, yet in that year, it should have been a Saturday! Readers are not supposed to take that date literally. It is just a reference to the personal disaster that J. K. Rowling undertook on 16 October 1992.
