What is a fortune teller who reads palms called?

Reading palms is called Palmistry.

The person reading the palm is called a Palmist or in some cases a Practitioner of Palmistry.

This form of fortune telling is commonly associated with the Gypsy clans so some folks just say they are going to see the Gypsy, even if the Palmist is in no way related to Gypsies.
