Who is the authur of Maximum Ride?

Based upon the maximum ride books so far the voice is not explained yet although in previous maximum books it is said that the voice is not Jeb. It seems as though Ari had the voice and so do Max and Angel.

The voice may or may not be explained in the next book: Angel
