What is meant by Dignity of labor?

Primary occupation is also a type of labour.when a child is made to work instead studing or when a child is made to earn money then it is knwon as dignity of labour.Because every child wants to study,every child wants to make his/her future.its every childs wish that he/she will grow big and become something in their life but if we dont allow them to study then how can the child be something in his life or whatever he wants to become he cant become.It will be out of his dream.so its our duty to help a child in his/her studies.So all the best all of my brothers and sisters.
