The Revolutionary War ended in what year?

It effectively ended in 1781 in Yorktown, Virginia after George Washington forced General Cornwallis to surrender after the battle there. But the Revolutionary War didn't officially end until the Treaty of Paris of 1783.
The fighting in America ended after the British surrender at Yorktown. The formal treaty aknowledging the Independence of the United States was signed on September 3,1783.
