Why do girls like the color pink so much?

Why do boys like the colour blue so much?

Infact personally I dont like pink. I actually think its really ugly, I prefere black and dull colours like grey and navy blue, and Im a girl, not even tomboy.

I suppose pink seems to be all frilly and princessy and stuff.
