If you mean that game when you let somebody fly on your feet, it will works like this:
for the person that push other person in the air:
- Lay down on your back
- Let somebody stand in front of you
- Let him/her lean forward, Place the soles of your feet (it works better with bare feet) on his/her stomach or hips (the best way to place them is to put your heels on the stomach and put your toes outside)
- Grab each others hand or arms, and pull him/her with your arms a little bit forward
- Than push him/her with your feet in the air, and keep balance.
For the person that flies:
- Lean a little bit forward to the person that is laying down.
- Allow him/her to place his/her feet (prefer to place the heels) on your stomach or hips.
- Grab each others hands or arms and lean more forward.
- Than allow the laying person to push you in the air with his/her feet and let your own feet release the ground and keep balance on his/her feet.
It's important to use your feet to push, and your hands to keep balance.
